Returns must be shipped to the exact warehouse address on your return slip. We operate from multiple locations, so accuracy is essential.

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return.

We’ll cover return shipping on the first return from each order.
🔁 Need to Exchange?

If you exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or color), we’ll cover the return shipping once.

If you return the replacement item, the return shipping will be your responsibility.
🌍 Outside the EU

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We do not cover import taxes, customs duties, or related fees.

Refunds will be processed after your return is received, inspected, and approved. Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
