All shipments include tracking and insurance. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

⏱️ Estimated Delivery Times

⚠️ Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on location, courier capacity, or customs procedures (for non-EU destinations).

💰 Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping within the EU and to the USA on all orders (We also provide one free return per order within a strict 14-day return window). Additional returns or returns outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

Please ensure to initiate all returns through our website and follow the provided instructions to return items to the correct warehouse.

📬 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Use it to track your delivery in real time from dispatch to your door.

⚠️ Important Notes

• We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

• Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect address details.

• For non-EU orders, any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility and may be due upon delivery.

• United States (Delivered Duty Paid)
  While shipping to the USA is free of charge we now ship all U.S. orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Import duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and included in your total, so there are no extra fees when your parcel arrives.
